My name is Phylicia Benn, today I'm going to chat with you about my seven day skin cleansing challenge. I'm going to be using natural and organic products for my skin, I also will be drinking nothing but water for the next seven days as well as not wearing make up so I can see how effective this challenge will be!
It's day five of seven and the results have been astonishing. My skin is evening out so well, my pores feel really hydrated and my skin feels very healthy. This is definitely a habit that I have to keep up. I realized that my melanin needs lots of oil and vitamins. When I shower I use black soap (daily), pure shea butter and olive oil to moisturize my skin. Also, I give myself a 10 min facial once a week with this amazing facial clay mask called Indian Healing Clay.
For my water, I try to drink at least a gallon a day but I still need to work on that. I do not like the taste of water, probably because of the fact that it is tasteless lol. Two times a week I incorporate lime, cucumber and mint because it is a natural detox and it taste like a non alcoholic mojito. On other days I like to add fruits for flavor, such as: strawberries,blueberries and Kiwi!- basically any fruit that's your favorite.
